Ground glass, also called ground glass and dark glass, is a kind of semi-transparent glass whose surface is rough and uneven by mechanical sandblasting, manual grinding or chemical treatment (such as hydrofluoric acid dissolution) with ordinary flat glass. Frosted glass, because of its rough surface, makes the light diffuse and transparent without perspective, which can make the indoor light soft and not harsh. Frosted glass is generally used on the doors and windows of offices and bathrooms.
(1) Cleaning and drying: firstly, the flat glass to be produced with frosted glass is cleaned with water to remove dust and stains, and then dried;
(2) Hoisting: the cleaned and dried flat glass is put into a hoisting frame, the part of the hoisting frame contacting with the glass is cushioned by a toothed rubber bracket, and the glass is vertically discharged, with a certain distance between the glasses, and hoisted by a crane;
(3) corrosion: the corrosion time is 5-10 minutes, and the residual liquid is leached out;
(4) Softening: after the residual liquid is drenched, a layer of residue is attached to the frosted glass, which is put into a softening box for softening, and the glass is immersed in a conventional softening liquid for 1-2 minutes to remove the residue;
(5) Cleaning: the frosted glass body has a lot of chemicals due to corrosion and softening, so it must be cleaned. Put the frosted glass on the slide of the washing machine, and the slide will drive the frosted glass into the washing machine. The washing machine will spray clean water and rotate the brush at the same time. When the frosted glass is taken out of the washing machine by the slide of the washing machine, the washing of the frosted glass will be finished.
And (6) putting the washed frosted glass into a drying chamber for drying, namely forming single-sided or double-sided frosted glass.
