Laminated Glass is made by good quality adhesive interlayer and advanced bond technology. Laminated Glass is a kind of glass made up of two or more sheets of top quality glass bonded together with a Polyvinyl Butyral (PVB) interlayer. After the PVB interlayer has been placed between the glass sheets, the whole assembly is subjected to heat and pressure. This makes the complete adhesion of the vinyl and the glass. In the event of breakage, the glass fragments remain bonded to the plastic interlayer.
Laminated glass is a composite glass product which consists of two or more pieces of glass with one or more layers of organic polymer interlayer sandwiched between them. After special high-temperature preloading (or vacuum pumping) and high-temperature and high-pressure processing, the glass and the interlayer are permanently bonded together. Commonly used laminated glass intermediate films are: PVB, SGP, EVA, PU, etc. In addition, there are some special laminated glasses, such as colored laminated glass, SGX printed laminated glass, and XIR LOW-E laminated glass. Decorative and functional laminated glass such as laminated glass with embedded decorative parts (metal mesh, metal plate, etc.) and laminated glass with embedded PET material.
